Ello Pop by Eleaf – do you feel different with elastic bands?
According to the tradition established among Chinese manufacturers, Eleaf almost every new box is equipped with a maintenance-free atomizer. No offense specifically to this manufacturer, but usually it is nothing worth it. This time it turned out a little more interesting. Meet Ello Pop .
Eleaf positions the atomizer as a logical continuation of the Ello line . If we talk about design, it only means that the guys once again made an ordinary tank with small external features. The similarity with the previous tanks is guessed in general terms, but there is a serious difference. As you can see, four o-rings were placed on the glass.
Dimensions :
Height – 56.5 mm.
Diameter – 26.5 mm.
Weight – 64.7 g.
It is implied that this was done to protect the glass from falling, but also affected the appearance. With this trifle, the tank looks much cooler 🙂 It’s a little incomprehensible why the guys were so modest in terms of colors. It is somehow very sad to look at a classic set of black / steel, while others choose from 6-7 bright colors. Well, okay, in the future they’ll fix it.
What can I say about the performance characteristics? I do not know. Apparently, the usual non-maintenance, received a couple of new evaporators. The tank is completed with coils HW-N2 0.2 ohm / 40 – 90W; HW-M2 0.2 ohm / 40-90W. As far as I understand, the main difference is the structure of the mesh used. Well, how the first owners will tell how it will work in practice. The airflow system is familiar to absolutely everyone – two lower slots with adjustable ring rotation. The tank can be used in two configurations – 6.5 and 2 ml.
As you might have guessed, this is realized thanks to the expanded glass, and it is precisely this option that the manufacturer focuses on. The refueling system is not the easiest. In order to gain access to the hole, you must first pull the lid up, and only then slide it to the side. By the way, I haven’t found any information about the possibility of removing these origins, so the question of tuning with the help of multi-colored origins on glass remains open.
